Blueberry London Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10200370 and with our registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, UK.

Blueberry London designs, makes, sources and sells products under the Blueberry London brand.
Product design and developments are based in London and Berkshire.

Fabrics and other materials are manufactured, bought from, and finished products manufactured at, both the company owned facilities and external supplier networks in the UK, India and Vietnam.

Creative and marketing contents and programs are developed in London and Berkshire to engage and connect the brand and its products with consumers.

In few selected areas, Blueberry London uses the product and distribution expertise of licensing partners to develop the business.

Blueberry London products are sold through www.blueberry.london, as well as third-party wholesale customers, both offline and online

Any transaction you enter into with us through our website is entered into with Blueberry London Limited. Information you provide to us either on the www.blueberry.london website, by e-mail or through any other means of communication is held by Blueberry London Limited.

Accessing www.blueberry.london website means that you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our website and leave it immediately. PURCHASE AND RETURNS

Online Shopping
Blueberry London takes great care to present our products on www.blueberry.london as accurately as possible but the images you see will, of course, depend on the display and colour capabilities of your viewing equipment. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that the product images you see are a totally accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

Before you place an order please read the following information on accepting your order, Delivery Charges and Returns Policy and Instructions. These pages form an important part of our terms and conditions. They also contain important information about your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to.

Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling, are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable, and may change from time to time depending on various factors. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT. We endeavour our to ensure that prices are correctly shown. However, very occasionally, an error may occur. In this unlikely eventuality, we will attempt to contact you at the e-mail address you gave us when you placed your order. If we cannot contact you, or if we receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

Gift Card / Voucher
Blueberry London Gift Card / Voucher is available for purchase online at www.blueberry.london or with Blueberry direct sales team.

The Blueberry London  Gift Card/Voucher can be used to purchase goods at www.blueberry.london website only or by telephone purchase with Blueberry London directly.

The pin number on the card/voucher will be required when using them online or telephone sales.

The blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

The minimum amount to activate The Blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher is £10 and the maximum amount that can be on a card is £500.

When you use The Blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given. The balance may be applied to future purchases.

Your card or voucher can only be redeemed in a country operating in the same currency as that of the country where you originally purchased the voucher.

When returning goods purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher, you will be credited with a Gift Card or Voucher to the value of the one used in the original transaction. Please call the customer service to refund the balance back onto a new gift card or paper equivalent. For partially redeemed Gift Vouchers, the customer service will load any remaining balance onto a Gift Card.

The Blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from last date of use or purchase whichever is latest. If the Blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher is not used for a period of 12 consecutive months – whether to make a purchase, or top-up – the card will automatically expire at the end of that period and the balance on the card will be forfeited.

Blueberry London reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and / or discontinue the voucher at anytime. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or vouchers.  The Blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please treat this card or voucher as cash. Blueberry London will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. However you are able to register your Gift Card or Voucher with customer service to protect any unspent balances in the event your voucher is lost or stolen. In which case we will cancel your original Gift Card or Voucher making it invalid, and re-issue you with a replacement. There may be a small administration fee to cover the cost of printing and postage.

Blueberry London will cancel the value of the Gift Card/Voucher if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected. All refunds / exchanges of goods purchased with the Blueberry London Gift Card/Voucher will be made in accordance with Blueberry London refundpolicy. This does not affect your statutory rights

Blueberry London reserves the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible. The current conditions will be available at all times at www.blueberry.london

Blueberry London reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card in payment or part payment of any item where it reasonably suspects that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.

Product Availability
All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected for online shopping. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.

If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that it replaces. Substitutions are, of course, only made with the customer’s prior consent.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation. All parcels require a signature so we might try a neighbour either side if you are not home. If we are unable to deliver then a card will be left with a number for you to contact and rearrange delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Price:
£5.95

Delivery:
Order by 8 pm for next day delivery. Delivery times are between 8am – 6pm.
*Please note that if you order on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order the following Tuesday.

Exclusions:
Next Day delivery applies for working days only, Bank holidays and weekends will be excluded from the delivery times. Our Next Day delivery service is currently available to mainland UK postcodes only, and excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G83, G84, HS, IM, IOM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR, ZE.

Delivery:
Order by 6pm on a Friday for delivery between 8am and 6pm on Saturday.

Exclusions:
Our Saturday delivery service is currently available to mainland UK postcodes only, and excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G83, G84, HS, IM, IOM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR, ZE.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Price:
International delivery costs are £9.00 for delivery to European countries and £16.00 for delivery to the rest of the world.

Delivery:
Delivery can take up to 10 working days from when your order is placed. For a list of delivery times by country. We also offer delivery to British Forces Post Office.

Payment
World Pay processes payments for Blueberry London. World Pay is one of the safest and secure mechanisms to make a payment. We accept Visa, Euro card MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Maestro (Switch) and Solo. We take payment from your card at the time we process your order ready for dispatch.

Accepting your order
The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you and us will occur when the order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order – in accordance with our instructions.

We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order, once it has passed through our security checks.

We may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:
1. We may have been unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
2. The product you ordered may be out of stock (see Product Availability above).
3. We may have identified a pricing or product description error.
4. There may have been a failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by calling +44 (0)1794 390 496  or by emailing using the CONTACT US form on www.blueberry stating your intention to cancel your order. Please include your order number in the email.

As Blueberry London we always process orders swiftly, it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched in time. In this instance please return the order following the returns instructions given by our customer services team.

If you reside within the European Union and your order is received back to us, in its entirety, within 11 days of receipt or you notify us in writing or by e-mail of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full including any standard postage and parcel paid only.


EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with every Blueberry London products you have purchased. However, if you have changed your mind and need to make a return, then simply follow the easy steps below:

All returns must be notified to us, prior to return, within 11 days of receiving your products by emailing us using the CONTACT US form at www.blueberry.london or by calling our customer service team on 01794 390 496.

Items must then be posted/returned within 2 working days of the Notification Date. If items are not posted/returned within this time frame, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. You have 11 days from the day of receipt to return any unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags and labels attached item (this does not affect your statutory rights). Some items cannot be returned for health reasons such as underwear and earrings for pierced ears (this does not affect your statutory rights). Keep your certificate of postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of returns.

You’ll receive an email/phone call to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund. Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please note returns postage cost is borne by the customer.


RETURN AN ITEM & EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER

Please email using the CONTACT US form at www.blueberry.london or call +44 (0)1794 390 496 to notify us.

On the delivery note enclosed in your parcel, tick the exchange box alongside the item you are returning and advise the reason for return. Complete the section for the item you require as an exchange.

If you order an exchange, we will send your exchange item/s free of charge.


RETURN FOR REFUND

Please call +44 (0)1794 390 496 to arrange for returns within 11 days of receiving the product, You should allow up to 5-7 working days for us to process your return. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to place your original order.


RETURNING A GIFT

Follow the process above by calling us on +44 (0)1794 390 496 for a refund or an exchange. In addition to this please provide us your address details in a delivery note enclosed in your parcel. Please note: Refunds on gift items will be in vouchers only.


NO RETURNS PAPERWORK

Please email us using the CONTACT US form at www.blueberry.london within 11 days of receiving your purchase.
Items returned without original paperwork will be refunded/exchanged at the least known selling price in the form of Gift Vouchers.

You’ll receive an email/phone call to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund. Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.


OVERSEAS RETURNING

Please email us using the contact us form on www.blueberry.london, however, couriers and delivery companies differ for each country, so the choice of which you use to return your parcel to us is completely yours. We do ask that you obtain a certificate of postage.
You’ll receive an email/phone call to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund. Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.


REORDER MY EXCHANGE ORDER OVER THE PHONE

Please email using the CONTACT US form at www.blueberry.london or call +44 (0)1794 390 496 to notify us. If calling please mention to the sales advisor that you are placing a reorder, quoting the original order number.
Remember to tick the box for a refund on your return paperwork and add a comment on the return paperwork advising that you have placed your exchange order over the phone.


POST COST WHEN CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you reside within the European Union and you cancel your order within 11 days of receipt of your goods, we will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You would need to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage charges if you cancel after 11 days of receiving your product purchased or if you only cancel part of your order.

At Blueberry London we always make a great effort to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched in time.

RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED FROM A SHOW 

If you wish to return items purchased from a Blueberry London show stand, please post the product to us in it’s original condition enclosing your receipt and details of where you purchased them. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange. (Please note: we can only exchange items for current catalog or available online stock.)
If you do not have the receipt, we will refund you the current or least known selling price for the item(s) in gift vouchers.

You’ll receive an email/phone call to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund. Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.


FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

We take great pride in making, stocking, presenting and selling our products and we will be just as disappointed as you when things are not up to the mark. Our Customer Service will be discuss the exchange or refund policy with you.

If you have purchased items from one of our stockists (whether online or in store) and would like an exchange or refund, you need to check the returns/exchanges policy of the stockist you bought the item from and deal with the stockist directly.
